To win the freedom taken for granted today.

What about those who fought against their own countrymen?
They did whatever it took to reunite with their rebelling brothers
To win the unity disintegrating today.

What about those who fought against the Axis?
They stormed the Fortress at a heavy cost
To win the peace fading today.

What about those who fought against communism?
They invaded the Inchon coast and survived the Khe Sanh siege
To win the security breached today.

What about those who fought in the Middle East?
They endured the desert storms and impulsive ambushes
To win the respect trampled by ignorant society today.
